Ordered from @Swiggy coz i had to do a blood test & then had to leave for a meeting. Their rider delivered the order 1hr late coz of which the food turned cold. My whole day was delayed coz my breakfast came late. Now they refund me ₹60. Do u think i am a beggar?? @SwiggyCares

Order something then their delivery partner misplaces the order finally after half an hour they cancel ur order & promise to refund u in 5-7 days.
All while u stay hungry at 1.30am.

@SwiggyInstamart surge charge u when it rains. Not bcoz it rains but they have less riders to provide you a quick service. They don’t even have many orders. They just have less riders. After all this, if u still pay extra for the service u expect them to deliver the item on time.
Now as the order was not picked up according to their app. So swiggy has asked me to bear the cost of it. I have a cctv footage of the delivery partner recieving the order. I have call log of me calling the delivery partner many times. But the swiggy dont want to check all this

A delivery guy picked up the order from my restaurant but did not mention that in the app. Then, he did not deliver the order & so the customer cancelled the order. @Swiggy
Why @myntra has stopped cash on delivery. I have called the customer care 2 times for the same problem. Still the problem remains. Dont u trust your customers??? Is it time to uninstall the app??? @MyntraSupport

@kapsology@zomato I’m an restaurant owner. Sorry, but we don’t get the packing charges. It is charged by @zomato. Even I had the same issues where customers called & complained about packing charges. But let me tell u, we don’t charge people for packing the food, Zomato does @zomatocare
