@HaddixGolden 1-8 cooldown if you don't use the whole usage bar what thoses exact numbers will be on those cooldowns we don't know you self healing Amp is gone sure. I feel as you play the character after the changes are put into the game you'll probably enjoy them.

@HaddixGolden You still have a 1-8 sec cooldown for the 150 the length of cooldown will depend on how much of your resource bar you use

@HaddixGolden Please watch video as the health is on a meter for breather and max hp it can heal is 450 12 second cooldown meaning he will be way more successful on keeping him self alive with the same hook and better range damage. New changes means everyone will play him
