Browsing reddit/Twitter IMO one of the reasons people get turned off by 2025 politics is that 2025 politics (blu and red team) turned into "you can't do this". It's absurd, everyone's excuse is that "it's a free country" till their fee fees get hurt. Terminally online behavior
@Vi_myao@celiander It's like that for the entire series buddy (the cast was told that the anime flopped hard in Japan and to do whatever to sell the dub)
@RiddlesMK I'd try to give MU advice, but in my experience 9/10 the joystick ends up my ass. Not sure how exactly my opponent is able to keep doing this, needless to say it really puts a hamper on my offense.
I HATE when i become a regular somewhere. I used to buy soup at the corner store every day and one time the old man who owns it went ".... you sure like soup." and i didn't go back for 3 months.
@UnlimitedEdge I see this as a massive business opportunity. Make your own slop AI art t-shirts that say "gulf of pedophilia" with a giant youtube red circle + arrow and the text "epstein island", sell them outside.
@ariga_megamix Very cool. I remember trying to read up about the Megaman lore and being sorta taken aback that some of my favorite robot masters were deactivated or basically "killed". I could see Wily being really vindictive and angry even if that's what the robots wanted themselves.
@Antanov_ I firmly believe games like COTW should be like $30 and make it back in DLC. To me the sentiment is that more people are willing to try games like Rivals 2 for like $20 than drop $60 on a fighting game that might die out without single player content ( normie friends like in SF6)
For those trying to say this is now somehow a lie.
The abuse was across socials, people on discord, twitter, reddit, and some reviews on steam. Indie Games are fragile things and attacks like that hit hard. Overall sentiment was to bash the games and the developers working on them to try to get back at me.
Not worth bringing them down for my opinion.
Also, stop it, get some help.
@Lakemonade I'm convinced the "gamecube failed" thing comes exclusively from people who weren't alive (even as babies) when it launched. The gamecube "failed" in the sense that it didn't move 20 quintillion units like the PS2, didn't kill future consoles for big n like dreamcast did sega
@roycebracketfgc I honestly really fuck with this explanation. I've seen people go from melee to val or CSGO but never really the latter. It reminds me of how league used to be "watch videos, run it down, eventually you'll get it" nowadays everyone plays it. Need to do that with FGC (IMO)
@GuileWinQuote If they get to 9 buttons, I'll be right there with you pal. But i just bought a SFIV era madcatz fightstick, that has 8 buttons plus 4 on the top. The top buttons would obv not be ergonomic. When were 6 button sticks last the norm?
@KennyLauderdal3 I will forever remember that for the spider lady.
Still... OVA like this are sick, I don't think you can reliably find stuff like this on streaming services. Video rental stores made it so everyone interested saw ninja scrolls. My dad showed it to me when I was 9.
