Today, 69 B2R Farms Fellows are stationed in local sectors across Rwanda. Each incoming group of Fellows undergoes intensive Foundations for Farming training at B2R Farms' Land of Goshen, where they develop their skills as farm managers and FFF Trainers.

Land preparation in agriculture is critical. FFF fields are prepared during the dry season, without tilling or burning the field. First, identify & clear the land. Then, mark off the planting area using strings and stakes to ensure you use the same fertility stations each season.
