@SamsungUK This went on for about 40 minutes. I told them if they refused I would invoke section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act. She put me on hold & went to speak to a supervisor for about 10 minutes and whislt on hold my phone unlocked itself. It may just be a coincidence but it's unlocked

I'm hoping they are there but the news just hasn't been put out to try and stop people traveling to see them. Did they say what condition the flexi bit was in? There's a second hand pipe here for £45 but the flexi has been removed so you'd need to reuse your original.

@BoyWonderBirder @smartcarUK That should he the system on your car if it's the 1.5 diesel. If its failed on the actually flexi bit you can get universal flexeis which can weld on. If its failed on the actually pipe itself they seem a little more hard come by
