Elaine Dugmore and Arianna Hurtado led the women for El Camino at the @SouthCoastConf1 Preview at Hartwell Park in Long Beach, this morning, crossing the finish line at 22 minutes and 4 seconds and 22 minutes and 8 seconds, respectively. #eccunion @DeanLof
