The biggest misconception for endurance training is that ‘structure’ means ‘quality’ and ‘lack of structure’ has no benefit. Go outside and ride, run and swim plenty of easy miles, more importantly, do what you enjoy and look around you. You don’t have to analyse everything!

15 years ago a group of volunteers got together to help this country’s Wounded Heroes.
Injuries were horrific but it was all about ensuring a brighter future for all injured Heroes.
