@SpuddyMcKenzie โฆ and yet somehow, some way Lowe still is spoken about like he was actually competentโฆ and he still gets air time. Katz has been pulling the same shit for years. Define incredibly upset. Laughably bad management for years now.
@NewWorldOilers So when Bouchard gives the puck away and quits on the play when he stops skating? So he will be held accountable for his soft as baby poop compete level? I welcome it. Finally.
@dstaples@edmontonjournal Hmm. Great guy. Sad if this is true. Defensively they are not a team that can win at the moment. The player Personnel relative to the teams who will have a long run this year is much better than the oilers.
@KevinMcCurdy@Shark7724 Respectfully no his gaffes are fairly frequent. He is a very good player. He is irreplicable (irreplaceable) ๐ at this point because he is very good offensively and his first pass out of the zone is good and that is rare. He looks lazy when he quits on plays
@KevinMcCurdy@Shark7724 Kevin, metrics are one thing. Watching the games tells a completely different story. He is bad at D. He quits on plays often and doesnโt go into the corner often. He is soft. As baby poop. You and #2 related? What does he have on you?
@goalietap What we are doing is saying soft players, giveaway machines who donโt play on the defensive side of the puck should never win the Norris. Bouchard isnโt even the best D on the oilers.
@bonejrp@Avry 15 guys could be allowed on the ballot. It would not matter. The guy with the most points wins an award. The guy who is inept defensively is Evan.
@bonejrp@Avry Again, I agree with most of your takes. Telling me Bouchard is good defensively (even if the others arenโt great) is a judgment error. Iโm an oilers fan. The media here (and roughly 15% of the fans) have a very myopic view when it comes to # 2. Polarizing.
