Goal is max monthly drawdown less than half of SPY, with a CAGR beating SPY. Do so with mix of non-correlated assets in (3) buckets, stocks, commodities & govt bonds/alternative investments. Avoid corporate bonds & real estate that tend to move with stocks but with lower returns.
@w_terrence Rubio is Awesome! Last i checked he gave more to charity as a % of his income than anyone else in contention. Iโd encourage people to give to good local charity that doesnโt give more than 5% to C-Suite.
@JacobKinge Leverage is great when assets are going up. His trust in Bitcoin is misguided imo. When a bad recession occurs, i suspect he we file bankruptcy. Then itโs the banks problem.
@JoshuaBarzon Cool post. I think the answer is it depends. Which of these is local and draws me & my family closer to Jesus? Leadership, congregation, reputation and faithfulness to Scripture all matter. And, is there a place there for me & fam to serve others?
