@gomichild @GrisStephan I have a friend who's "gluten intolerant", very mild symptoms, he will eat sourdough, especially if it's been proofed for 18-24 hours, but his wife insists on everything else gluten free, e.g. pasta ... little does she know what he eats when he's on the road 🤣
