@markpoloncarz Teddy Roosevelt regularly staged boxing matches in the White House. He lost sight in one eye from a detached retina because he himself was fighting at the White House in one of these matches.
And the Founding Fathers regularly dueled with pistols, one of them died doing so.
Hello @AOC, while you smiled in a hijab at a New York event, I was in Federal Court facing the 4th hitman hired by the Islamic Republic to assassinate me, for campaigning for Iranian women to have the same freedom you performed for a photo op. Will you come to court with me in August when I face the 5th hitman? Or does solidarity only work when it doesn't offend the Islamic regime?
You wore hijab voluntarily in New York. Women are killed in Iran for taking it off.
You are the very woman who, at every opportunity, protests against violence against women, decries gender segregation, and champions "inclusion." Yet here you stand, smiling and wearing a hijab, at an event in New York, in the heart of the West, where men and women are strictly separated. To me and millions of Iranian women, this does not look like a choice. It is no longer "My body, my choice," but rather "My body for votes."
They who claim to fight for women's self-determination in the name of feminism voluntarily embrace an ideology that mandates our women cover their hair simply because they are women. They enjoy the prosperity, freedom, and privileges of the Western world, where they may live as autonomous individuals , yet they simultaneously accept that other women should not be afforded the same rights.

We’ve entered twighlight zone. Jaxon Dart is 100% allowed to support whoever he wants. Abdul Carter can criticize if he wants. Just like people can criticize Abdul for some things he has done. I just don’t like hypocrites who love when athletes speak just as long as they agree
Last week, the United States refused to participate in the UN’s review of the Global Compact on Migration.
The United States objects to the Global Compact on Migration and UN efforts to facilitate replacement migration to the United States and our Western allies.
Safety in NYC and on the MTA is a non-partisan issue. Everyone should be on the same page. Over 4.6 million people take the MTA every day.
A psychotic and crazy homeless man who had been arrested 4 times in the last 3 months and was literally just released from Bellevue Hospital's psych ward on Friday took the life of a 76 year old retired NYC public school teacher just 4 hours later. It's terrible and tragic.
People who are a danger to law-abiding citizens should not be allowed on the streets. Period.
Alvin Bragg, Letitia James, and Zohran Mamdani are all complicit. There needs to be a bigger focus on who is on the ballot during critical elections and ensuring that the AG and DA seats are home to people who are tough on crime and prioritize the safety of New Yorkers.
I think its hilarious Mamdani found out he basically has no power to do anything he promised so he now fills his days with photo ops to produce online slop content for people with attention spans of goldfish.
@jgugs23@BulletLacrosse Yeah just more so can’t just go off one statistic when making calls of this nature. Understand the geographic BS in D3 but even Tufts having to potentially face Top 10 and national runner up while Bates gets the winner of Hope / Ithaca lol
@jgugs23@BulletLacrosse Just because I won’t let this go….
Salisbury is 3rd in RPI / ELO and forced into a 2nd round matchup against RIT who is 6th in RPI / 4th in ELO. Similarly to CNU who plays Gettysburg who is 5th in RPI and 8th in ELO. While Bates and Lynchburg get to host and play weaker fields.
@mudpietweets@BulletLacrosse Believe NCAA for D3 this year is going purely off NPI rankings for at large. Hence why they’re in but certainly aligned around teams with losing records making tourney!
