@GloWorld On 5th July 2025 at 4:53 PM, I attempted to purchase the ₦5000 Always ON data plan using my bank transfer. On the app the transaction was marked as unsuccessful, the amount ₦5000 was deducted from my bank account because i made the transfer and it was successful
@GloWorld This issue has caused me great inconvenience, and I kindly request that the deducted amount be refunded or the data plan credited to my line immediately.
Please treat this complaint as urgent.
