Who’d have thought in 2024 a doctors surgery of all places would refuse entry to someone with MS urgently seeking an accessible toilet. @mssocietyuk perhaps you guys could contact St Leonard’s Medical Centre in Edinburgh about this appalling decision.
@BarneyDBlack@mssocietyuk Yeh the be met with sorry it’s our lunch break we are not letting you in, best bit was I had return back to the door for the code to get out the car park. And was asked if I was a patient 😂 no I’m the guy with MS bursting on a push that you wouldn’t let in.
@Aljo79@mssocietyuk Absolutely Alan, can sometimes forgive other venues due to lack of training or knowledge but a Doctors surgery really should know better.
@kevharps7@HibernianFC Remember watching you play many times, the entire stadium would lift as soon as you got on the ball. Incredibly talented and a pleasure to see playing in Hibs jersey.
@Freddie_23_23@ftfc Shows the sorry state of football he is able to walk out the Hibs door and into another job and guys like yogi who have been successful can’t buy a job. Mind boggling!
I 100% agree Alan, hopefully @FionaHyslop and @richerd can look into their working practises and raise some minimum levels of customer service standards.
@DeanvsMS @annietrev @EastLothianCLP Shocking lack of ownership and accountability. Absolutely no acknowledgement of your reasons for complaining or any your indication of what they have done to address the points you've raised.
This is basic customer service 101.
Very poor and likely indicative of wider issues.
@FionaHyslop@RichardLochhead absolutely need to look into the practices of these companies providing a public service. So avoidable too if they’d just considered the customer’s experience.
