- Extremely bad customer service. My kid's class 12th books were delivered today and we even opened the package. Then delivery person came back took openedpacket back as OTP was incorrect. You dont have a way to enter OTP again? These books were already delayed by sender.

@NTA_Exams @NTA_Exams - Why charge ₹200 from every candidate to challenge a question if it’s already been challenged? If 10% raise objections for 10 questions, that could mean ₹2 crore collected. A simple validation to block duplicate challenges would reduce the total to just ₹2,000.
