@SW_Help what does 'seek assistance 29' at the gate mean please? I'm using mobile tickets and the last 6 have all given the same flag and I still have another 10 pre booked. Am I going to have to ask/argue with your gate guards every time I arrive/depart from Waterloo. Thanks.

@SW_Help And of course its the minor stops that you are already running an off peak level of service on, and charging us peak time prices for that get cancelled. Options wait an hour for the next train or find the guard and pay the excess to the next stop, decisions.

@PastMortems Still? Back last March PPE and other safety guidelines were pretty much a token gesture after the point a cv19+ person died. I had to remind colleagues about our porters and mortuary staff in the pathway. Why are they always forgotten :(

@SW_Help your app live feed told me the next train out of Shw was delayed and expected at 0805. Imagine my surprise when I get to station and your live feed is still telling me 0805 (yes I did refresh) and the train sails on through. I guess it was cancelled then?
