@PDXReal1 I just received a bill from Portland for a late fee on my 2023 Arts Tax. They claim, after fully 2 1/2 years, that I paid the $35 but that it was late so I owe another $35 penalty. They offered no proof or justification, figuring I would have no record of when I paid a bill
