@teachertimmuir Hi! For me personally found NCEA meant more buy in from seniors and accountability. Juniors good but need more guidance and help so took more of my time. TEAMS was great for communicating:)

A2 - our faculty is looking at trying to be more explicit with the underlying concepts in our teaching - goal for 2019 and 2020...as we feel we haven't done this well...

A2 - I have been challenged in relation to knowledge of Tikanga and Te Reo Maori. Although I did a full immersion course a while back - feel I need to continue to be a lifelong learner in this area - so back to night school for me next year! :)
