@debmac Partner & I went to an exhibition opening last night and were the ONLY two people wearing masks. Wondered if people are worried they look like the minority dorks if they mask up? I must admit, I felt a strange awkwardness, but...pushed through it.
@_Hwin_ @robtreacher I hear you! But give me a few window rattles any day over those speaker-mounted bikes riding at a snails pace at 1am blasting shit music with on/off infrequency ! π‘
@davidfarrier Another basic way to eradicate fear of death is to see things as they really are. It's a journey but could very well be liberating. Vipassana & the art of living.
@MekaKiwi @flaneuse_di @Te_Taipo My partner is American so we are well clued up on the RW infiltration here in NZ. Its like the horror of discovering toxic mould in your beautiful house - shocking and shameful.
@ms_sandymill@CatherineQ I found that once the headache lifted on the evening of Day 4, almost felt human again. Hang in there, hope you feel better real soon! π
@CatherineQ Degrading my horrid covid trip as "man flu" by anti-vax boss who hasnt had it yet, gave rise to a heap of expletive thought bubbles π€¬ Hate to think what 'serious case' feels like.
@IRONH3ART53@the_drells Yeah, nah..."mild cold", "man flu" (anti-vax boss' description of my experience, even though I'm not a man) I fully empathize with you! Day 3, 4 & 5 for me were miserable way beyond any flu I've had. My thoughts exactly. If I wasn't boosted? Day 7 and I'm still dragging my heels.
Huge shout out to @featureshoot and @childhoodeveryday IG for their role in supporting photogs online https://t.co/d7kBELTufK #collaboration https://t.co/USgfKoNbq9
