WB Govt. recruited primary teachers on the basis of 10+2 pass with 2yr D.el.ed course, but govt. pay a scale of cleark (basic:5400-25200, GP-2300/2600), whereas other state giving their teachers (BASIC: 9,300-34,800, GP-4200). So it's Why?. #UUPTA @narendramodi @PrakashJavdekar

Primary teachers of all the states are getting the PRT Scale. Only the teachers of West Bengal are deprived of it. They are recruited as per NCTE norms( HS-50% & D.El.Ed) but are paid Madhyamik Scale.@PMOIndia @PrakashJavdekar @republic @MamataOfficial
