•8-year-old Ansh Gupta was killed after being run over by a car in Bandra.

• The driver, Megha Rawal, a gym trainer, has been taken into police custody.

• An eyewitness alleged that Rawal was talking on her phone when the accident occurred.

• The eyewitness also claimed the boy was not crossing the road when he was hit.
• The car allegedly did not stop immediately after the impact.
