WKU’s Rae Fournier has won the final round on a 6-1 decision and finished as the season’s national champion in NFA Lincoln-Douglas debate. They are also the tournament’s top speaker and WKU is the LD sweepstakes Champion team! TOPS!

Congrats to Rae Fournier and Sage Carter who competed at the 2025 National Debate Tournament: the country’s premiere policy debate competition. Their season long success and qualification at the 79th NDT helps to reignite WKU’s rich tradition in 2-person policy debate.

At the WKU Spring tournament Antonina and Rae closed out the finals. Sage was Top 4. Josh, Chase, Nik, and JaKayla were top 9.
