No action seems to be taken till now. @bidhannagarpc @BidhannagarCP kindly take this case into consideration. It is a serious matter of citizen harrassment and illegal fining by Bidhannagar traffic police.

I hv been harassed by @bidhannagarpc traffic police for false reasons like overspeeding & not wearing seatbelt. Somnath Majhi, officer at traffic police near AMRI Saltlake & team harassed me & fined us illegally.

I urge everyone not to travel by @airvistara ever. The worst customer support team, worst ticket policy & totally mismanaged. Since Sept 2020 I am following up for a refund/reschede which has not been done yet. Ticket was booked through @makemytrip. Plz assist with rescheduling

@airvistara lacks professionalism. There is nothing called customer support. they can only take money from customers and during time of refund, make up stories. I am following up on one refund since Sept 2020. Its been 2 months now

Is interstate travel allowed during night curfew period? I need to travel to Kolkata from Mumbai via Hyderabad. For that I will have to begin my journey from Mumbai at 4am. But curfew is till 6am. Is there a travel ban in this case?

In this case, the person who was travelling is my husband (Ujjal Deb Roy), and the patient is his mother (Debjani Deb Roy).

I would request you to kindly consider this refund and know update us asap. I am forced to escalate the complaint to social media handles.

Please note that we have received email and telephonic confirmation from your customer care team that you have a policy to refund the fare based on emergency of the person travelling or his/her first-blood relative.

I don't understand the explanation by @airvistara . Do they want to mean that your medical emergency policy is different for a Eco-Lite fare and other categories? This is an absolutely bizarre explanation which I could not comprehend.
