Rep. Mike Thompson: "I've searched hard to find constituents in my district who believe this economy is golden…Electricity bills are up 8.5%. Is that golden?"
Bessent: *refuses to answer*
Thompson: "Health insurance costs are up 26% — that's not golden. Childcare costs are up 9% — that's not golden. Gas prices are up nearly 50% — that's not golden. Grocery prices are still straining family budgets — that's not golden."
Scott Bessent melts down when Rep. Boyle shreds him with facts of the Trump's "failed presidency... I'm citing the facts. Those are the facts you have a problem with."
Rep. Angie Craig demolishes Ag Secretary Brooke Rollins: "Joe Biden is no longer the president. Mr. Trump is. Your party controls Congress. You own these numbers at this point. I'm sick of hearing you blame an administration from a year and half ago. You own every single bit of this."
Donald Trump had over 3,700 stock transactions since the war in Iran started, and he profited over 220 million dollars. Don't tell me how he "donates his presidential salary" ever again you stupid fucking MAGAs
This man is a hero in America, standing up against the fascist dictatorship of the free press as billionaires do the bidding of the administration to silence dissent. We all need to be like Scott Pelly and call out bullshit when we see it.

BREAKING: Former Trump official Sarah Matthews reveals that CNN's Kaitlan Collins is the "one reporter" who "scares" Trump and that's why he attacks her.
This makes so much sense...
"I will say that during my time working as Deputy Press Secretary in the first Trump administration, Kaitlan Collins was the one reporter that scared Kayleigh McEnany and President Trump the most," Matthews said on CNN.
"There would be times where Kayleigh McEnany wouldn't even call on Kaitlan Collins at press conferences, at press briefings, because she didn't want to answer the questions. Because Kaitlan Collin is a very, very good reporter," she continued.
"She's the best at what she does and I think that's why you see Trump go after her more ferociously than any other reporter in that room," said Matthews.
And it's true. Trump regularly snaps at Collins for daring to ask the hard-hitting questions that the American people are most interested in. She doesn't shy away from the Epstein scandal, or the ongoing war, or any of the other countless scandals that bubble up daily. Rather than answer her directly, Trump will often insult her, her news outlet, or demand that she smile more. Yesterday, he melted down on her and said that she has "hatred in her eyes."
"And it is disgusting to watch him tell a woman that she needs to smile while doing her job," said Matthews. "I've seen Kaitlan smile plenty of times, but when she's asking someone a hard-hitting question, I don't think that that means that she has to smile while doing it."
"And he brings it up time and time again and it's these misogynistic attacks, not just against Kaitlan," Matthews went on. "You know, he told her today to be quiet while she tried to ask a follow-up question. We've seen him say, quiet piggy, to a female reporter. Another great female reporter, I will add, someone I worked with during my time in the first Trump administration."
By now, Trump's misogyny is well-documented. He's an adjudicated rapist who despises women and sees them as objects who are less than men. The mere idea of a woman challenging his authority enrages him.
"And so I wish that we, this wasn't normalized and that we weren't desensitized to this type of behavior from the President, but it really is appalling and I just want to give, you know, kudos to Kaitlan Collins," said Matthews.
"And he's, I mean, he called another reporter, said to her, are you stupid or something?" said political strategist Ana Navarro. "I mean, just, it's time after time after time. And I'll tell you, one of the things that really bothers me is that there is not more solidarity and outrage from the press in that room."
"I agree," said Matthews
"Because I would like to think that if I was in that room and my colleague was being treated that way, I would say, screw you, I'm leaving, you go ahead and you cover yourself," said Navarro. Leave yourself here with OAN and with Fox News and let that be what your national coverage is."
"And that's why I feel that it is so ridiculous and hypocritical for people to go sit at a White House Correspondents Dinner where Donald Trump is speaking and we are supposed to be celebrating the free press, when practically on a weekly basis, we have to hear his rants against women who are doing their jobs as journalists," Navarro added.
We couldn't agree more.
Please ❤️ and if you're a big fan of Kaitlan Collins!
Questioned deceitful Treasury Secretary Bessent about enabling one of the most corrupt deals in American history, giving Trump a license to steal.
The type of immunity from IRS audits granted to Trump family is not available to anyone else. American families suffer while Trump and his gang enrich themselves.
