I back to work today; I forgot my pass, so I locked my bike outside Cannon Street station. Left work at 6pm to find just the cut lock and no bike, resigned to never seeing my trusty stead again asked the station if they have cameras.
A guy appeared, waving at me, asked me to put the code into my cut lock. He replied, 'I have your bike' with a smile I will never forget!! His name is Abdul Muneeb, and he works for South Eastern Railways; he was on a break and saw a guy bolt cut the lock and challenged him to give it back; he then took it inside and waited 4 hours after his shift finished to personally make sure I got my bike back. The world needs more Abdul's; he is a man's legend and a credit to his employer.

You will get much more stable ownership here, Larry, and we can offer you a mentoring role related to our men's national cricket team. And fresher fish.
Not sure he gets the accent quite right, but he’s doing wonders for Japan’s image in the UK. I’ve watched loads of ambassadors over the years, many of them (though fortunately not all) bores or time-servers. Hiroshi Suzuki is the complete opposite — a real star!

Wishing all my followers a very happy St George’s Day x
I'm just relieved nobody is talking about how I said I bought a house in Clacton, then admitted it was in the name of my girlfriend, Laure Ferrari, even though she couldn't afford £885,000, which conveniently meant I avoided £44,000 in tax.

Here I am explaining that I walked out of Parliament because I'm a thin skinned feagile snowflake who can't tolerate not getting his own way or being the centre of attention.
