@jet2tweets This is getting ridiculous. Five weeks ago you bumped me off our return flight home along with 20 other passengers. We paid to fly home with another airline. We still haven't had a refund or anything but an email saying it's taking longer than expected to look into the matter.

@jet2tweets So I followed your instructions only to be told they can't help, to send another email and wait up to 41 days for a response. This is really poor, you bumped me off our return flight home at the check-in desk and have ignored my email from over two weeks ago. Ridiculous 😠
