@Zurich My husband had an accident at a hotel on holiday in August. The hotel have given us a Zurich claim number and it’s been 3 months and we have had zero contact from Zurich!!! Despite me calling UK, Spain head office, emails, we cannot contact anyone to discuss this. Help !!!

@HMRCcustomers Phone lines were closed at 7:10pm on the deadline night! Conveniently! I’ve tried for weeks to get to speak to someone about a self assessment that’s produced a bill when it should be picked up in my tax code!

@HMRCcustomers I am completing Self Assessment do declare Child Benefit for one child This is the only section I ever have to complete yearly and it is usually nothing to pay. This year, it states £463. Can it be taken out of his tax code since it is less than £3k? I ticked the box

@DHLParcelUK I’m waiting on a parcel I paid 48 he’s delivery for. It should have been delivered Tuesday, or Wednesday and your stupid atutimayed service is NO HELP!!! I want to know where my parcel is it is needed urgently!
Oh and I want a refund for the non expedited service!
