I can't believe my parents just up and moved to Alaska at age 24 😆 A really cool piece about my mom's life and work in Alaska over the last 50+ years ❤️ @DebbieMillerAK

@SenDanSullivan 70 Executive Orders by President Biden? Hardly. The Unleashing document notes only one: Executive order 3401 which halted the first and flawed Arctic Refuge lease sale. The right decision. After all, it's a wildlife refuge and shouldn't be turned into an industrial park.
@CandSStew@SenDanSullivan@lisamurkowski Thank goodness Senator Murkowski has a conscience and stands up for what is right, such as denouncing the pardoning of 1500 criminals who violently tried to overthrow our democracy. Senator Sullivan needs to follow Murkowski’s lead.
@ErBourgault@SenDanSullivan Eric—- we’ve had so much drill, baby, drill mantra that you would believe that poor Alaska has no opportunity for resource development. Not true. We have dozens of oil fields and discoveries not yet developed. Arctic Refuge should remain closed to drilling forever.
@SenDanSullivan I’m a 50 year Alaskan and believe in balanced resource development. Alaska has the largest entitlement of state lands, including Prudhoe Bay and many producing oil fields. National parks, refuges and forests are protected treasures open to all, not locked up like an oil field.
How ironic. Bid opening for oil lease sale in Alaska’s Arctic National Wildlife Refuge delayed by one day — Calling on industry and AIEDA to honor President Carter and do what’s right. Don’t bid on any of the coastal plain leases. Keep it wild! https://t.co/GP3nzVaSCc
Alaska is forever grateful for President Jimmy Carter & his work to protect more than 100 million acres of national parks, wildlife refuges & forests for future generations. It was an incredible honor to host President & Mrs. Carter in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge in 1990.
Today, we honor the remarkable legacy of President Jimmy Carter, a leader dedicated to service, peace, and environmental stewardship. Our condolences go out to the Carter family and the Carter Center. May his life inspire us to protect our planet and work toward peace. 🌍🕊️
@marymel396@GovDunleavy@realDonaldTrump Thank goodness she stood up to Trump and voted for impeachment. He should not be allowed to serve as president after trying to overthrow the 2020 election results. And he sadly, for his followers, ran on a Big Lie campaign which some people believed….
Happy book birthday to GOODNIGHT SOUNDS by Debbie S. Miller, illustrated by Michelle Jing Chan 📚 📚 📚

@JamesCarville Yes—- and if Biden steps down, how about an all-women’s ticket. Whitmer, or Michelle Obama, Harris… Let’s let women lead the way for a real change — women with integrity and vigor (they live longer than men). Let women nurture this country and all it stands for.
@librarycongress I’ve used the Library of Congress on many occasions searching for hearing records and other documents. Grateful for all 224 years of this institution! ❤️ 📚
