We got home eventually. Terrible comms at PMI. €9 for 8hrs delay & the offer of a form to complete for compensation. Talking to customers at the time would be an improvement

@JohanLundgren0 Sent DM &the response was how to claim compensation. What needed to happen was for someone to tell those passengers who were delayed 7+hrs what was going on. had inconsistent unhelpful info. Askedto come forward for boarding then after 20mins told no pilots! Waitdanother 1.5hrs☹️

Yeh helpful to know how to claim compensation however I’d much rather know when the pilots are coming and when we are going to go. It’s over 7 hours late and we know nothing about when we will leave
