@UgEquityBank Your tellers only work on people buying float and ignore all other customers. I can never forget the customer experience at your iganga branch.
Those people are very very rude.
After one hour I decided to move out and use another bank.
Brother, I’ve had the privilege of engaging with you both as a friend and in professional settings, and I say this respectfully: All Pentecostal churches in Uganda are registered as companies limited by guarantee, not for profit, but to fulfill charitable missions.
While I can’t speak in detail about House of Prayer, I can confidently speak about Phaneroo. They support hundreds of scholarships, visit prisons weekly, and every Sunday, street children are fed faithfully. I’ve personally donated clothing to the ministry items I’m sure Apostle Grace and his family do not benefit from personally.
Let’s be realistic the work of ministry requires funding. The Gospel is free, but spreading it isn’t. As Pastor Robert Kayanja once testified, his wife, Pastor Jessica, once gave 300 million shillings to fund a crusade to win souls. That’s sacrificial giving.
Whether a particular pastor is genuine or not should not solely define your faith or fellowship. Your relationship with God should be the foundation.
Think of it like preferences in night life someone might prefer Kyadondo over Legends because of the ambiance or crowd. Likewise, in bars, people pay to quench physical thirst. In church, we give to sow into a spiritual harvest.
The Bible itself affirms this principle. In Malachi 3:10 (NIV), God says:
“Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.”
So let giving be led by faith, not gossip. And let judgment be informed by truth, not hearsay.
I invite you for service tomorrow.

The greatest lie of the modern world? That men and women are the same, that they are interchangeable.
Here’s a thread on why they never were, and never will be.
They say “it takes a village to raise a child.”
But no one talks about what happened when we burned the village down.
Let’s talk about modern motherhood, and the quiet crisis no one’s naming:
A thread.
