Customers doesn't get to set your pay scale. But I do agree that customers should support pay increases for those doing the work

@DrTeresaSanders Push back I've heard... students shouldn't miss the reading/math lesson. Ans: if the student isn't on grade level they ARE missing it. Even if they're sitting there! Fill the gaps first!
