(1 of 2) Just over a week ago (Friday 28th) we had a lovely memorial service for Kevin in Lincoln, in the church where his parents are buried. Kevin’s uncle spoke of early memories of Kevin growing up, and I’m very proud of Joe for speaking about his Dad.

Celebrating retirement after 46yrs. Kevin surprised me with a wonderful meal and overnight stay @ The Inn at Whitewell. Very special treat. Can’t believe after living in Lancashire for so long we have never been. Wonderful meal and gorgeous huge room. 🍸🍸🍸

That’s it then,46yrs of work. Cadet Nurse, Std Nurse, Staff Nurse, Ward Sister & Senior Lecturer for 34yrs. Nursing’s been a fab career, opportunities along the way. Culminating in success with Doc. Now for the next phase…retirement. Out of office (permanent) on & chill 🥰😜🥂🤣
