BREAKING: Mitch McConnell just shut it down. No recess appointments, no cabinet approvals—Trump’s team is officially locked out.

This isn’t just a casual move; the Supreme Court has made it clear that the Senate must recess or adjourn for at least 10 days before a president can make unilateral appointments.

But here’s the catch: pro-forma sessions keep the Senate technically “open” during long breaks, with a lone senator showing up to open and close the chamber—no real business, just optics. And the House plays its part too, blocking any chance for the Senate to fully adjourn.

McConnell’s maneuver leverages these rules to maximum effect, ensuring Trump’s team is stalled at every turn.

My Two Cents: Mike Tyson

Tell me again how harming women ruins a man’s life.

Facts Matter: Tyson was sentenced to 10-years in prison sentence for raping 18 year old Desiree Washington with four years suspended BUT Tyson served just three years at the Indiana Youth Center and was released in March 1995.

He also disturbingly told journalist Greta Van Susteren, that while he didn’t sexually assault Desiree Washington, he wished he had.

“I just hate her guts. She put me in that state, where I don’t know,’’ Tyson said, according to ESPN. “I really wish I did now. But now I really do want to rape her.’’

In his book Tyson wrote about the best punch he ever threw:
“It was when I fought Robin in Steve Lott’s apartment. She really offended me and I went BAM. She flew backwards, hitting every wall in the apartment,” Tyson recalled. “That was the best punch I’ve ever thrown in my entire life.”

Tyson was talking about Robin Givens who he married. She divorced him after a brief marriage due to physical violence during their marriage.

But look at how he’s framed in articles - ‘troubled past’ ’tumultuous relationships.’ Some are framing him as a legend. Disgusting.

Mike Tyson is a convicted rapist, registered sex offender & domestic abuser but that didn’t stop Netflix from platforming him and paying him $20m for this fight.

Pelicot Trial Latest: I was *hoping* it can’t get any worse - but there is a whole new level of depravity.

This disgusting little man Charly A is accused of driving to the Pelicots’ home SIX TIMES between 2016 and 2020 to rape Gisèle Pelicot in her bedroom alongside Dominique Pelicot, who had drugged her into a comatose state.

On the first occasion, Charly A was aged 22 and Gisèle Pelicot was aged 64. Charly A and Dominique Pelicot are also accused of raping Gisèle Pelicot in her bed on the night of her 66th birthday.

His defense? He said he thought she was pretending to be asleep. Yeah right, pal.

He plotted with diabolical rapist Dominque about RAPING HIS OWN MOTHER and Dominique gave him the sedatives to do it.

Police tested Charly A’s mother’s hair and found traces of the sedative.

He said it’s because she was the only woman he could access…BUT he had sexual fantasies about raping older women a court psychiatrist who interviewed Charly A said and a “very intense use of pornography” from his early teenage years. Lying little weasel.

Other men have said they were LONELY at Christmas. Buy a hamster you vile degenerates

Another man said he “had nothing else to do” because his brothers hadn’t invited him to their New Year’s party. Newsflash…You’re not invited because you’re a cretin. Cope.

Headline - men RAPE because they CAN and they WANT to. It’s about power and control.

There's been a LOT about why RFK Jr is a terrible pick, but I want to focus on something that is very concerning to me, but no one seems to be mentioning.

He appeals to a widespread, common-sense idea that the problem with our food is that it has "lots of artificial ingredients". Get the artificial ingredients out — no chemical additives! no food dyes! no high fructose corn syrup! — and our health problems magically resolve.

This is 100% incorrect, and fundamentally misunderstands the problems with our food system.
