@WSJ AA booked a flight for Alaska Airlines whose posted fees are even lower than AA's posted fees. I immediately cancelled the flight after the cost was confirmed.

@WSJ Last night I booked a trip on https://t.co/jBIRnRALrk and checked the bag fees before booking and saw the $50/1st checked bag that was on the 4/9 posting. After booking, the email confirmation said the first checked bag would be $245!!!!! I chatted to check and 245 was confirmed.

Got an IRS notice to verify my identity and confirm we sent in 2024 taxes. After wasting 10 minutes trying to confirm online, I got to spend 40+ minutes on the phone to identify myself and after they never asked if I sent in taxes. The IRS is loathsome.

@FedExHelp Fedex renegged on promised refund of Tracking#880290854244- delivered late blaming east coast weather. Supervisor reviewed history proves that shows arrival at 3am in SF for SF delivery so weather excuse can't apply. Supervisor agreed 2 refund. Then Fedex renegged. Want 2 appeal.

@FedExHelp When @Fedex completely fails and sucks and you are stymied with the utterly rude, unhelpful, and limited level 1 support staff, how can one submit tickets for actual assistance? I tried to follow up on a prior supervisor call and could not be connected to a supervisor.
