First time I paid off my student loans I didn’t refi, now that we are paying off my wife’s student loans I have refi’d twice already in 3 months - we received $850 bonus towards the loans and went from a 5.63% interest —> 3.92% ($500 bonus)—> 3.21% ($350 bonus) #studentloans
Refinanced my wife's student loans today! 5.63% to 3.92% - process took about 30mins and saved us atleast $5k in interest as we aggressively pay them off
Difference between Economy and Business class for long haul international flights? About 8hrs of sleep and fully rested for first day of trip. Definently worth it if you can swing it...
@financialpanthe Dang the double business cards. Did you get auto approved for both or recon? We did the 70k performance and going to apply for a personal in Feb to get across the line. I'm gonna get an EIN # and go for round 2 on the chase business cards. We've both been doing SSN so far.
@almostbrenda I tried to rent my furnished room to some different traveling nurse groups but got no bites (but I'm a little north of Austin city limits). Seemed most wanted to be closer to downtown/Mueller area and have their own bathroom. I'm going to try again in a few months. Good luck!
In 2019 my fiancée and I signed up for 8 travel credit cards to pay for our wedding (paid off in full weekly)
and we earned ~600k travel points... This year without the wedding expenses our goal is 6 cards with SW Companion Pass again! #travelhacking
