@WFInvesting Wells Fargo Denied My Fraud Claim Despite Evidence, support from their own banker who faxed docs to fraud dept., and Regulation E Protections. I’m sharing this because I’ve exhausted every internal channel and Wells Fargo refuses to help. I have been fighting this for two years.

I disputed a charge within 24 hours for a hotel reservation I never used/canceled/received which their banker agreed is fraudulent. Despite this they refuse to refund me.@Wells Fargo

WF does not protect consumers from fraud. WF stuck me with a duplicate $2500 hotel bill and told me to resolve it with the vendor who is ripping me off! The vendor gets an F with the Better Business Bureau, thanks WF, I think you deserve an F as well!

@chopracfpb @CFPB @BankofAmerica @Chase @WellsFargo @Zelle Happy to hear this. Wells Fargo refused to protect me against credit card fraud after sending me a fraud alert which I responded to within 24 hours and I'm suing them in small claims court.

Added my complaint today to the article about Wells Fargo on the New York Times travel website. They’re fine with billing me twice for the same hotel reservation which they refuse to recognize as fraud.
