@JayHooft Nate saying he doesn’t think about them at all, Isn’t responding with a post towards the ones calling him a loser thinking about them? 🤔🤣 just curious what you think
@EE one of your billing people on ee app chat is a total bloody lier
She said we wouldn’t be billed a late payment fee due to bill not coming through on time, and now look what’s happened we been charged a late payment fee even though it’s not our fault it’s late 🤬
@WeAreOpenreach how long will openreach usually take to build more full fibre ports in a street cabinet after it’s been escalated to a higher up team? They started work on 6th January where I am
@WeAreOpenreach we was told this by openreach
All flats/addresses within your building can now order FTTP and once the first order is received this will trigger the small network build and all required works will take place as part of the order journey.
So dont know why you are shocked
@WeAreOpenreach I’ve been in contact before
I ordered full fibre on 20th October and I phoned EE about the situation on the 12th this month
They have said openreach is expected to complete work for MDU is on 6/1/26
The EE advisor wasn’t very happy to hear this since
@O2 can’t link o2 account since you joined virgin media
Everytime I try to link it sends a code to a number i currently don’t have a SIM card for at the moment
Is there anyway on your end that you can link the o2 account to virgin
@WeAreOpenreach Okay, it says on my ee “our engineers will complete external work”
Its got todays date too don’t think it will be completed today
That’s why I asked
@WeAreOpenreach I contacted housing association about if open reach has contacted them about having MDU installed I received email back from the saying they haven’t heard anything
I ordered full fibre back on October 20th
@WeAreOpenreach my housing maintenance manager filled in an MDU form back in January and neither me or maintenance management still haven’t heard anything back from you to even discuss when an engineer can install the MDU
