let there be greatness and there was me

[Chioma Nwankwo @Dechioma]

@MTNNG #mtn ignoring me here won’t help you.

It simply reiterates to me that all you care about is the bottom line regardless of how the customer feels while experiencing your products and/or services. @MTNNG

[Chioma Nwankwo @Dechioma]

Dear @MTNNG @MTN180 @MtnSupport_ please make it make sense to me. Considering that I loaded this during lunch break and barely touched the phone after, let alone any heavy data usage. Pay attention to the timeline

@NgComCommission @fccpcnigeria I need your help on this edakun.

[Chioma Nwankwo @Dechioma]

@MTNNG #mtn I am still waiting for RESOLUTION.

I went from 50mbps to 100mbps at renewal with the hope that it would solve the buffering issues, yet I didn’t see any improvement. It is gradually approaching renewal. It’s been the worst experience and decision I’ve made on ISP. @MTNNG

[Chioma Nwankwo @Dechioma]

@MTNNG I have tried and exhausted ALL your official channels, and that even left a sour taste in my mouth!

All I’m asking is for your team to send a representative to in the barest minimum come and do an impact assessment, to even determine the issue and way forward.

[Onoolapo Abodunde @olapopopo]

@MaxAirLtd Please in the eventuality I get a query from work for not making it on time to an event in Kano, kindly know I will be copying you to assist with damage control. 4:30pm flight moved to 8:20pm…

[Chioma Nwankwo @Dechioma]

I’m still waiting for your response o dear @MTNNG .

Thank you.

[Chioma Nwankwo @Dechioma]

It is the same way the FiberX install in my house is frustrating me. Exhausted all official channels, upped my bandwidth yet no improvement. It’s bad when it’s sunny, terrible when the weather changes.. a whole FIBER oo!!!
I genuinely feel robbed by @MTNNG

@fccpcnigeria help!!

Thank you.
