@SumerianRecords How do I get in touch about an order that hasn't arrived in over 4 weeks from the UK store, to the UK.

I don't get it. It was apparently in stock and I hear nothing for weeks despite a provided 3-4 day delivery time.

Please just let me know what's going on.

@SamanthaJRob I went to Peterborough, the process was very efficient. The only reason it took 9 days was because they contacted my countersigner but they didn't respond in 4 days. They actually reached out the day after my appointment.
