Hottest day of the year and @ScotRail removing 3/5 carriages for a 3 hour journey on May Day. Don't worry though, the 128 carriages that go every hour between Edinburgh and Glasgow are running as normal. Us paying £80 a pop? Standing all the way in an oven. Lovely stuff 😂

@ScotRail No no is there an independent regulator that deals with this to investigate properly? Huge errors and lapses in judgement and communication today, who holds Scotrail to account? Still on a train, still no water for anyone. It's been almost 6 hours.
