$DHT had some notable put flow today. The Oct. 16 $21 puts led the action with 4.16K contracts, while the $22 puts also saw interest. Could be hedging, but the options tape is definitely leaning cautious.
Skopelos, a 2010 VLCC, already fixed over 1,000,000 per day... what the ****!!! 🔥🔥🔥

The VLCC market has entered another dimension.
- TD3C: >$1.2M/day
- TD34: >$750K/day
- TD22: ~$400K/day
The real story? Hormuz disruption means more VLCCs are needed to move fewer barrels, shuttle legs, STS transfers and longer positioning are eating up capacity.
BREAKING: Exxon Mobil has shut down one of the largest diesel refineries in the Midwest, which produces ~11 million gallons of gasoline and diesel fuel per day, due to outage issues.
This comes as diesel prices have already surged nearly 90% this year and the US has entered peak diesel demand season.
We expect to see diesel prices push toward $7.00/gallon.
BREAKING: Trump says he is approaching "a major turning point in the war with Iran" and has "a big decision coming up," in a new interview with Axios.
Pentagon officials say "US forces are prepared for the possibility of all-out war against Iran," and US officials say the military cannot stay in its current holding pattern much longer. Trump adds "Do I want to go in and annihilate them or do I not?" and "anything could happen with me."
"At some point, you have to decide what is the endgame," one official said, coming just hours after JPMorgan said it no longer knows how to model an endgame of the war and the global economy.
BREAKING: ExxonMobil's 275,000 barrel per day Joliet oil refinery in Illinois has suffered a "total power outage," with heavy black smoke from emergency flaring visible for miles, as US diesel sits at a record $6.20 a gallon, per GasBuddy.
A total power outage at a refinery this size is highly unusual. It forces an emergency shutdown of every unit at once, with the crude and intermediates in the system flared off, which is the smoke. BP's Whiting refinery in Indiana, the largest in the Midwest, is already partially down for maintenance, putting pressure on Great Lakes gasoline and diesel supply.
@AlexisWrem1747 Futures are down at this very moment. It’s all positioning. Also it’s a big week with Monday: China monetary announcement Tuesday: U.S. CLARITY Act vote. Wednesday: FOMC interest-rate decision. Thursday: Japan interest-rate decision. Friday: Fed announcement
My prediction for this week:
- Monday sell off because 3 faggots said AI has to slow down.
-Tuesday chill day.
-Wednesday: absolute volatility before FOMC. Kevin doesn’t raise rates and destroys the bears.
-Thursday start of a bull run.
-Friday I’m booking a vacation.
I called the bottom for $ONDS, now Jim Cramer called it a “meme stock”
