I woke up with my husband on Saturday

When it was time to pray, we had this explosive prayer and devotion time

It was so powerful we didn’t want to stop

Usually our prayer time is awesome but this one hit different

And then I remembered.

The Night before, we were watching short clips of anointed minsters sharing the word

We watched that untill we slept off

And so the next morning, it was like someone lit a match around petrol.

There was such an outburst of spiritual energy

Dear child of God,

If there is one secret I can share with you as to how I’ve been able to keep fired up in this crazy world,

It’s by making sure my environment is always full of “spiritual stuff”

Powerful worship in the background somewhere

Spirit loaded messages blasting in betweeen my day

Following pages that always share inspiration notes and quotes

This was my way as a single lady

Back then in school, my headphones constantly on, I would listened to volumes and volumes of messages and inspired word

And I’m so glad I carried this into marriage too because it works wonders

Your spiritual health is directly proportional to your spiritual diet?

What do you feed on???

What do you look at??

What do you listen to??

This things is not magic

If you don’t give yourself to the things of God, God cannot give Himself to you

If you’re not listening out for Him, you’ll never hear Him speak

You can’t eat Junk and be healthy

God is not partial

God is not choosing to walk with others and leaving you out

Last night before I went to bed, I looked at hubby and went to kneel before him😊🥰

He raised his head and looked at me and said, "madam, you have access to my acct and know what's in there, what demands are you making now? 😂😂😂😂

I laughed and said nothing. I just wanna say Thank you to you. Twenty something years ago, you left the shores of Naija and said don't worry "Olori mi" (My Queen) I will come back for you. And you lived true to all your promises to me.

I just thought deep and wanna say Thank you. Thank you for being an awesome bf then,  thank you for being an awesome spouse, Thank you for being an awesome Dad to our kids. Thank you for pulling me up to the pedestal you are and helping me to fulfill purpose. Thank you for not suppressing me.🙏❤️

He held me close and said you made all these easy for me my better half, then he prayed for me🥺🥰 I told him while praying,  I said stop saying "you" say "we" because I don't want to do life alone and I don't wanna do it with anyone else but you. 

If you read this far,  I wanna tell you this, life is short,  very short. A lot of words said at the funeral are not meant to be kept till then,  they are meant to be said now. 

Life will not be rosy, challenges will come, but who is that person that you love and wanna do life with or that you enjoy having in your life? Who is that person you wanna weather the storm with?

Call them and tell them how much they mean to you. Tell them how colorful they make your life. Tell them how invaluable they are to you😊🥰🥰
