Anyways Dominica has the most authentic carnival; The Real Mas, it’s affordable, have Bouyon and I promise you, you can walk all around Rozo with your phone in your hand with no issues.

Spending that extra money to announce a headliner 3 weeks before the festival is crazy. Everybody who will come was already coming at this point so late in the day. It won’t move the needle for the kind of money they had to spend.
