@AmyMarieRuns3 I definitely have to watch my sugar intake. I’ve also learned that fried foods, greasy foods and foods high in fat are triggering for me. Hormones are all over the place. Lol
@AmyMarieRuns3 I’ve done much better since going gluten free and low lactose. I also try to eat as clean as possible. It makes such a difference! I had to change my eating habits more after perimenopause kicked into high gear. Keep at it and you’ll figure out what works best for you!
