4 miles on the treadmill as the weather is just freaking rainy and chilly and gloomy. And you don’t want to see me on a boring treadmill, so I put a chilly beach scene behind me and now it’s a decent picture!

Busy day at work meant a great, stress burning run afterwards! It was quite hot and then this front came through, cooled it down and dropped some rain. ☔️ Nice.
