Past governors should live in the state they ruled; You can't perform poorly as a governor for over eight years, then travel to more developed states to reside after stepping down. The fact that you can't even happily stay in your region says a lot.

If you governed Anambra, Kogi, Edo, Delta, and so on. Why are you living in Lagos or another state outside yours?

Asides Abuja, because it's the center of power, they have no justifiable excuse to reside elsewhere. And the FCT shouldn't be a primary place of residence too.
