@GroovySciFi Nonsense. Italian women eat pasta all the time, it's staple food. And portion control is hardly just an Italian skill. The reasons are twofold: the mediterranean diet and a cultural terror of getting fat, especially for women, that predates diet culture.

Pressing blue is mantaining the status quo; pressing red is gambling away your lifestyle. I will put it that way: just 1% of death is at least 5-10 years of progress erased.

@wagahaikirby @seisaku_tyosaku Bolognese sauce, tomato sauce, aglio e olio, and canned tuna sauce are everyday pastas. Carbonara, amatriciana, gnocchi with anything, tortellini/ravioli are once a week. Lasagna is for special occasions.
