@Chinnaraj_D Yes, on vendors, clients and partners as well as long as the victim is an employee and it occurred in a work or extended workplace, they are liable.
@LionelJDPaul@NhrdChennai@MumbaiCentral@PunithaAnthony@Venkatnarayanan @KalpanaTatavart I think there are certain segments of our employees who are more vulnerable than others and education and awareness must be stepped up in those groups and preferably through small group meetings with counsellors and icc members where they can open up and ask questions.
@LionelJDPaul@NhrdChennai@MumbaiCentral@PunithaAnthony@Venkatnarayanan @KalpanaTatavart Managers and leaders must know the law, understand the organisation's liability in these scenarios, report incidents/ encourage reporting by others also and most importantly role model the right behavior and represent the law in the right spirit.
@LionelJDPaul@NhrdChennai@MumbaiCentral@PunithaAnthony@Venkatnarayanan @KalpanaTatavart Definitely training and awareness is key to changing the culture. However without leaders taking this seriously at the organization it is difficult to make happen. Leadership support and governance is critical.
