@BlueDart_ this is the status today, I am still hoping that you will somehow magically go back in time and deliver this on 20th. Had raised this on your X account 2 days back. Got a complaint number and an IVR phone number to call, no promised date or time of delivery.

@abhigupt12@cromaretail It has been a truly frustrating experience to deal with a brand like Croma, systems don't work, no responses come, everyone has a different solution to the problem which they refuse to put on an email or give to you in writing. really sad to see a brand go down like this
