Big Private Banks aren't on Strike, Still they called employees on Sunday, shows the level of Toxic Work Culture in Banking Sector. Pvt Bankers are most exploited ones. #BlackSunday

Hon'ble President @rashtrapatibhvn,
#DiwaliForBankers
@RBI @FinMinIndia

[Deepak pathak (Banker) 🇮🇳 @Deepakpathak2]

It feels unfair that even on Diwali a festival every banker eagerly waits for —we have to work.
A banker who serves the public all year also deserves one day to celebrate with family.
Why this emotional disregard towards those who keep the economy running? 💔✨
