If genuine claims are handled with this much difficulty, then what is the point of charging customers premiums and selling policies with big promises?

I have been continuously following up for the last 10 days regarding my insurance claim. While purchasing the policy, a smooth and hassle-free claim process was promised, but the actual experience has been extremely disappointing.
First, the cashless claim was denied. After that, I submitted all the required documents for reimbursement, and now the claim has been rejected without any proper resolution or justification.
